This Review is for Michael Marsh. He helped me to buy new outback that I wanted. and, I had good customer experience here. He didn't push me and very patient to answer my questions. So, if you would like to buy a new Subaru car, I highly recommend you come to Stevens Creek Subaru and ask for Michael Marsh.

In general it's good. Hamid is a sales expert, and he (eventually) gave quite a competitive price. But the overall process was quite slow, I've spent an hour more than expected, and paid an extra 1k in hidden costs.

I recently purchased a Subaru Forester at Stevens Creek Subaru where I worked with Mike Marsh. Mike was awesome to work with - he was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. He made the whole purchase experience painless and very smooth - if you are in the market for a new car I highly recommend you ask for Mike.

This yelp review is for Gary and another finance manager (forgot his name): This dealership by far is the best dealership on Stevens creek. They are considerate, calm, and appear to care more about your satisfaction with their company versus what's in your wallet. They work with you and try to get you the best deals and financially advise you. They do not beat around the bush and are straight forward, unlike HONDA of Stevens creek. Luckily honda messed up my finance paperwork, as I had just learned from Gary that the CRV uses more gas and was not AWD like most of their Subarus. Highly recommend this dealership, and I will be returning to look into their foresters and outbacks. Andd they gave away free stuff and had a play pen for my pup.

My husband and I just bought a 2015 Forester Limited here, and had the best experience. I went out for a day of car shopping with my mom, and went to three different dealerships for test drives; Subaru being the last. I started out trying to decide between a VW Tiguan or a Forester, and I was weighing heavily towards the Tiguan since my husband and I had both had VWs in the past and loved them. I found just the model I wanted at the VW dealership, but wanted to stop by Subaru for a test drive just to make sure. Right away we were greeted by our salesman, Ben. He was very friendly, and immediately let us look around the lot for the car we wanted to test drive. He took us out to test drive a brand new Forester, and I immediately loved it. Even though I also loved the Tiguan, the Forester was a better fit for what we were planning to use a new car for. Once I decided that I loved the Forester, Ben started asking questions to narrow down exactly what colors and features I was interested in. He spent a lot of time searching the inventory for the closest match, and came up with two cars that fit; one a Premium and one a Limited. My husband was having dinner nearby with his parents, and Ben brought both cars out front so that my husband could compare them side by side when he arrived after I called him to come over. We agreed on our favorite (the Limited) and he went back to dinner while my mom and I started the negotiations. The negotiating process took quite a while, but that wasn't Ben's fault. It was partly because he had to keep checking with his manager to lower our purchase price and raise our trade-in value (which he did as many times as we asked without complaint) and partly because we had to wait for my husband to come back (which of course had nothing to do with Ben). I imagine that between my mother's hardball negotiating and waiting on my husband we were not the easiest customers, but Ben was so sweet through all of it. When it came to negotiating, he went to bat for us many times and more than earned his commission. And once we agreed on a final price, Ben was as excited as we were and took his time walking us through all the paperwork and manuals for our new car, even though that meant staying late. I really can't recommend Ben highly enough; he is so sweet and definitely went above and beyond for us. And I would also like to mention that the Fleet Manager, Shane, was amazing as well. He kept checking on us through the whole process and doing everything he could to help us get a deal that worked for us. He was incredibly nice, and any time we had a question or concern he was on top of it. As a team, Ben and Shane can't be beat.

I normally hate buying a car and having to deal with a sales guy. This time it was actually very easy and (do I dare say) enjoyable. My sales guy was Chip Miller, and from the beginning he was not pushy at all, and extremely accommodating to our questions and requests. After I test drove the car, I told him I was going to do some internet pricing and then I would call him. I got all my quotes and then shot him a text message. He matched the price and I was in to fill out the paperwork. He was very quick with the paperwork and did not push me for any other items. The finance guy, I was fearing the most, since they are the guys who always try to push all the extra warranties and stuff. He was also very cool (no pressure at all). And got all my paperwork cranked out. Highly recommend you check these guys out (ask for Chip Miller).
