I would highly recommend Stevens Creek to anyone considering a Subaru. Our salesman, Armen, was honest and super easy to work with and got us the best deal possible with zero hassle. There were no gimmicks, hidden fees or surprises. We got the car we wanted (2015 Subaru Forester Limited) at a price that blew the competition out of the water. Best of all we were in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. By far the best experience I have had with any dealership. I am recommending all of my friends and family to the dealership.

This review is for Cemal. I been looking for a new car for some time now felt like it was time for me to update. I drove a lil bit out of way due to a recommendation from my friend and it was worth it. I think I had the best service here from all the dealerships I have visited. Cemal helped me out he answered all my questions I had, he was very informative and not pushy at all plus he was friendly. The entire process was very smooth fast and even though it was my first time buying a car here I felt like a long time valued customer. I eneded up getting a 2015 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited .. I'll deff be coming here for all my car needs. Thank you Cemal I am very happy with my car. The best sales person at Subaru.

I had a very good experience with this dealership and our salesman Hamid. I called every Subaru dealership in the Bay Area for quotes, and I got the best price here. I had a clear idea what trim level I wanted, but Hamid was able to offer other trim levels and colors with the same discount in place. The purchase process was smooth: a little slow, but that is to be expected on labor day weekend, and there were no gotchas. No experience with the service dept yet, so I cannot rate that.

What a great experience at this dealership! If you're going to buy a car ask for Armin. He's the best dealer you can ask for. We weren't even sure if we were going to buy a Subaru but he totally sold it to us. They have a big inventory, friendly staff and everyone is proactive. Highly recommend this dealership!

Just drove my new car home from this dealership, the experience was absoulutely great. Febrianto was the salesman that helped me out. He was just awesome. So calm, helpful, and very considerate. He was not pushy at all. My experience here was exactly how a car buying experience should be. He really went above and beyond for us. We should have more people like this in the world. Good luck to you Febrianto, you are a great person, Subaru should be proud to have an employee like you. At the financing part we met with Wais, our experience just kept getting better and better. He literally did the impossible, it's too much of a long story to explain what happened but long story short WAIS is the man and made it happen for us. He really knows and loves what he does. Totally funny guy, very intelligent, and easy going. Our experience here was nothing like the one at Capitol Subaru no one helped us I went inside no one was at the front no one was outside the people who were inside were busy with other customers, not a good way to close sales on Memorial Day. We had also gone to a few other places everyone just kept pushing cars which we did not want and kept throwing big prices at us even though we clearly stated we wanted to stick to a budget. 5 star worthy!
