I bought my first brand new car yesterday at Stevens Creek Subaru! My sales professional Mike Marsh sold me on a 2015 Legacy and I absolutely love it. Mike was very perceptive of my needs and concerns and I felt very comfortable and informed through the entire process. Mike even sat with me after the purchase to make sure I understood all the touch screen stereo controls which would have been very difficult to decipher otherwise. The customer service was great from start to finish. There was no wait for finance and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I will definitely be referring friends and family to this Subaru location in the future. Thank you Subaru!
Where to start. I've bought two foresters from these guys. The first one my 2008 I wasn't entirely pleased. I felt like I got talked into the car I bought , which wasn't the color or model I wanted. They offered a lot of $ off to take this one last car they had. In the end they talked me into spending what I had saved on a bunch of crap that never payed for itself. So I'm looking at buying a 2012 forester because my 08 has 110,000 mi and is like a beaten dog( this is due to the fact that driving from the bay to Reno or Tahoe all the time w/o a turbo is really bad especially if you like to do the speed limit). So I ended up speaking with Mark Moore and he informed me that I could get exactly what I wanted ( color , turbo, leather...ect) by preordering my car. So we sat down and went over it and the car ended up being close to 5 grand cheaper than msrp. So I bought it and traded my 08 in for 7500. Only downside is I still owed 12,000 b/c of all the crap they added on to my first car. So far I'm really happy, but I am sitting at the dealer getting my struts looked at b/c one is leaking at 20,000 mi.
I had a good experience here over all I had a tough situation and Gary was very patient after a couple weeks of trying to get things to work! They gave me good trade in value for my vehicle and in the end I was satisfied thanks Subaru! Thanks Gary!
Mike Vandenhoogen,the sales advisor that showed me the car, was real nice and explained to me in detail what i would like about the subaru forester because he had the same car. he understood instantly what i was looking for in a car and we made a connection which made me feel like i was talking to one of my buddies. subaru stevens creek staff is great and i didnt feel pressured which was great and made the car buying process more enjoyable.
This review is for the sales department. I was recently in the market for a Forester XT Touring. I got a very aggressive number from an Internet sales man named Cemal (Jamal) He was very friendly and made me laugh throughout the entire experience which made my stress level diminish, finally a fun and exciting car buying experience! I stopped by to find out Camel had another customer so I ended up working with a sales man named Mike V. Mike answered all my questions and some. He is very knowledgeable and even drives an Forester XT himself! After a pleasant test drive and feeling out the turbo Camel came to write me up "An offer I could not refuse" after sometime in finance I was burning gas. I Love my new Subaru, and I will be recommending Stevens Creek Subaru to friends and family.
