Had a great experience buying my first Subaru (Outback), thanks to Chip Miller! I already did my homework (I was hesitant. My family has been buying Toyotas for years). However, Chip help push that last mile for me to transition. Test drove the Outback with Chip, my hubby and daughter and he was great at giving directions too--gave me enough time before I turn. Totally appreciate that since I was test driving a new car with my precious cargo. The laborious process of having to wait and fill out forms was made light with his humor. Even my tween,who's hard to impress, was entertained. Thanks Chip!

Just bought a 2015 Outback 3.6R limited from Stevens Creek Subaru. Shane Amirkiai is the Internet Sales manager that helped me with the purchase. I have to say that this was one of the easiest car purchases ever! I got a great price on a hot new vehicle, straight forward sales process with no up sell on stuff I didn't need. Great personal service... Highly recommend Shane if you've got your eyes set on a Subaru.

I recently purchased my first Subaru. I drove down to San Jose to spend the day looking at various dealers. I wasn't sure which Subaru I would like, so i test drove the Crosstrek, the Outback and the Forester. I loved a little of each car and if i could piece together each part i would have the perfect car. Since that's not possible I had to decide between the 3. The Crosstrek is the cutest on the exterior, but too small for me in the trunk. The Outback was extremely underpowered for a 4 Cylinder, and too pricey for the 6. The Forester was the perfect size for me, just wish it was a little cuter on the outside (like the Crosstrek or Outback). I sound like Goldilocks looking for the "just right" car but it's a big decision. The Forester Touring is what i bought and really love it now! It is a comfortable drive and spacious enough to put all of my camping gear and my Labrador inside! I can't wait to do some road trips in my Subaru! Chip was my salesperson and he was very friendly and down to earth. I have had some really interesting car salesmen in my past so i was nervous going to the dealer alone. I didn't feel pressured or anxious as some dealers make you feel (esp if you're a girl). I took my time making the decision, and walked out with a shiny new car. Chip gave me his email address in case i had questions, and has been very helpful with all of my questions, even the silly ones. I would recommend this dealer to my friends if they are looking to buy a Subaru.

I just got a 2009 Subaru Impreza from Cemal Unal (jamal) and CHIP. It was a very nice and smooth transaction. They made my purchase experience truly exceptional. Cemal was very straight forward with his numbers. He had the lowest number in the Bay Area. Before I got my car I did a big research and I was happy with the numbers he has given me. Just bought my 2nd new car. I'm also a car salesman and I am by far more than pleased to have had Hamid Marhamat as my salesman. I felt very comfortable and excited to buy my 2014 brz. They worked all the numbers for me and at all times explained what was going on he was very honest and even came in on his day off to help me buy my new car!
