***This review is for Chip Miller and Bijon*** we came in during Black Friday weekend which we understand is quite busy and we could see it was very busy. My mom has been very interested in getting a subaru and set her mind on getting a cross trek in white. We stood in the lot for some 15-20 min during this team while busy there were still some sales men roaming the lot some made eye contact with us and never helped, eventually went on to help people who had just arrived. I saw chip earlier when we first arrived and he was already helping another couple. When he finished, he came right out to help us. Chip was extremely easy going, he the made process so easy going my mom wanted to make a deal on the spot and she's not exactly easy going. My mom had some demands that he met. The car we test drove had a wet interior because previous salesman left the window open during really hard rain and chip found another car for us at the same rate. He was very thou rough explaining everything to us and made us feel confident. Bijon helped wrap the financial portion, he seemed stiff at first but he ended up being great and explained everything being signed. This review wouldn't of been a 5 if it wasn't for hear 2 guys I thought about knocking a star off due to other sales people ignoring us but it wouldn't be fair because chip and Bijon were great

Shane was a great salesperson. We were treated well unlike at the DGDG Subaru on Capitol.

Cemal (Jamal) was awesome! I got a quote and ordered a BRZ from another dealership, they not only beat the price but they got the car faster than the other dealership which I ordered days before I came here. After 18 days of waiting for my car to be shipped, he called me as soon as it arrived. He started the delivery process quick. He was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. From the moment I arrived until I signed the finance papers, I was treated like I was their only customer even though there were dozens at the time. The whole ordeal only lasted an hour and a half tops. Made buying a car quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Cemal (Jamal) best Subaru salesman BTW to anyone.

Went in to check out Subaru for the first time. I am a loyal European car person. Mike Marsh was very patient with me, answered all my questions and took the time to make me feel very comfortable about the process. Everything was truly transparent and I felt he wanted to see me in a car that I really loved. Needless to say, I now love Subaru. I will recommend Subaru and Mike to any friends looking for a new car. Thanks! :)

Shane the internet salesperson showed the used car I came to look at. It wasn't a good fit and he did his best to accommodate. We were leaving and saw the car I bought today. Shane was very knowledgeable throughout the buying process down to how the features of the car operate. I will recommend Shane and this dealer in the future. One criticism is that it is difficult to reach the dealership by phone as no one answers at times.

If you ever wants to buy a Subaru, definitely let Shane be your sales. He is extremely helpful and friendly, and also fast - responding. He fully took care of my order from the very beginning till I drove away with my desired 2015 WRX Limited. Shane, thank you so much for helping me make my dream come true. Thanks a lot!!
