Shane was the first person to reach out to me regarding my quote for a car. He was super helpful and kept reaching out for followups. He was able to price match my car with other dealerships. When there were mix-ups regarding the car, he was willing to me out. Him and the dealership reached out to nearby dealers to help me find my dream car. As a first time buyer, I really needed the most assistance and sincerity. Shout out to Shane for making a girls dream come true! =)

This rating is for Shane Amirkiai. I requested a quote from this dealership on its website. Shane responded with the best price. He responded to other inquiries, including text messages, quickly and helpfully. As soon as I sense BS, I am ready to walk out or call out the BS. I've had other car salespeople play games such as, "If I let you test drive this car, are you ready to do business with me today?" What is this, a mob movie@f0 Why are you speaking in euphemisms@f0 Another gem: "if I take this price to the manager, sign here on this piece of scrap paper so I know you're sincere." YOU sign it, so we can be done with this ridiculous game, sound good@f0 Still others (mis)represented to me that a form that was published by a private party was required by the law, or that certain terms in a form agreement can't be changed because of "the law," or "they" won't allow it. Who's "they" again? Shane was very straightforward and sincere and did not pull any of that crap with me. Because I didn't get the sense that he was BSing me or yanking my chain, I didn't dig in my heels and play hardball, or walk out. After the paperwork was done (with the finance personnel), Shane went through the functions of the car for us, which was very helpful. I got the sense from Shane that he is a fan of these cars, too. If I ever need to buy another Subaru (fingers crossed the wife approves something with a third pedal), I wouldn't hesitate to bring cash and deal with Shane again. In sum, cheers to Shane and thanks again.

Gary was EXTREMELY helpful in providing me with a quote for the work I requested (timing belt, water pump, thermostat, the works!) He said he'd quote it as if he was doing it for his own car (which is also a Subaru). Pricing (with the mileage discount coupon) was competitive with other quotes I'd received from other dealerships as well as independent repair shops. Since I also had a recall to check on, I opted to have the timing belt service completed here, too. When I told Gary that I'd have to call him back to schedule, he gave me his cell phone number to make it easier to get directly in touch with him. Unfortunately, I lost his number! But fortunately, Ron was able to help me out as Gary had entered everything in the system. Ron reviewed the quote and the work to be performed and made it very easy for me to bring the car in. I was really surprised that Ron said I could drop it off that night and they'd work on it the next day. I was hoping to get it done before Thanksgiving, but to have it done right away was a big bonus. The work was completed as promised and timelier than I expected! Reading the other reviews, I'm not really sure where people are experiencing any rudeness from this dealership. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and willing (actually EAGER) to assist me. There was not a rude or inconsiderate person in the place from my perspective. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

I came in for an oil change, but while I was there they fixed my bumper (which had been popped out by a small fender bender) for FREE, and replaced my license plate frame (which was broken) for free as well. And the whole thing only took a couple hours.

Hamid Marhamat provided excellent customer service and treated us like we were his friends. He is the "go to guy" if you are looking for a subaru. Thank you for helping me get a great deal.
