I haven't received my new car yet, but I am confident enough to write this 5 star review for Shane Amirkiai. His win/win attitude really propelled an ordinary internet pricing to a very satisfied car buying experience. I wish many future customers will have same experience at Steven Creek Subaru.

Having just moved to the area, and needing to find a new car, I definitely expected this to be a long, drawn-out process. My grandfather owned a Subaru dealership, so I've always known about the quality and reliability one can expect from Subaru, and so this was where I started my search. What I expected to be the first stop of many turned out to also be my last. The salesperson who helped me was Ben, and I could not have been luckier. He showed me a handful of used Subarus, and really encouraged me to drive them all before making any sort of decision. Again, I didn't intend to buy anything on my first stop, but Ben really made me change my mind. While the car I was looking at was a little more than I was able to pay, and I was told there wasn't any room to negotiate, Ben helped to seal the deal. Ben convinced me of the incredible value of the car, and of the good price I was getting, while also helping me to work with the management to get a price that I could work with. No matter what people say about used car sales, Ben breaks all of the stereotypes. He truly did his best to help me get the car that was right for me, and at a fair price. If you need a car and are looking at a Subaru, do yourself a favor and go see Ben. He really does try his best to help you find a good car and a good deal. If there were more salespeople like Ben, the industry wouldn't have the same negative stereotypes.

Ben is a fantastic sales representative for Stevens Creek Subaru. Very professional and informed about Subaru cars. Ben helped myself, wife and son who we were looking for a car for why the car we chose was a good one. Very patient and calm we felt very comfortable I n his presence. Smooth sailing with Johnny. I would say the second smoothest car buying experience I've had. I believe the key is to just do your research on the price and they'll either say "yes" or "no." Johnny will help you try and get the price you want, just as long as you can somewhat justify it. I think if I had done a little hard negotiating I could have gotten a little better price, but I felt pretty good in the end where we settled.

He took the time to listen to my questions and gave me the pros and cons. He provided great service to my family. When I am ready to buy a 2nd Subaru, I will definitely contact him.
