Just bought a 2016 Subaru Legacy. I went in a couple of months ago to look at the Legacy's and Outbacks. Ben (Homayoun Louyeh) was very knowledgeable and accommodating in finding different vehicles for me to check out and test drive to figure out which options I wanted. Once I had my list he ordered a car for me and kept me updated throughout the delivery process. When the vehicle arrived, he got me the deal and price I wanted on the car and my trade-in with only having to ask once. It was a great experience. I definitely recommend working with Ben.
We worked with Daniel Tran (and a bit with Marco) and this was probably the BEST car dealership experience we had. We purchased a 2016 WRX premium and we couldn't be happier with our car! Daniel was super helpful during our multiple trips to the dealership, and was so accessible even via text message for questions, etc! We never felt pressured by Daniel, and everything was made so easy! We will be coming up back for our next Subie purchase in the future and hope to work with Daniel again!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
Best car buying experience I've ever had!!! I recently looked online to purchase an STi and was contacted by Gurpreet Grewal. After speaking with him I decided to place an order for the car. I was regularly contacted by him regarding the status of the order. Once the car arrived, everything was taken care of by Gurpreet. The paperwork was ready to go the day I arrived to pick up the car. Everything went so smoothly. They gave me a great deal and everyone was so helpful. I drove 100 miles, passing 3+ Subaru dealerships and it was well worth it. I will definitely be returning to make my future purchases.
We planned to buy Outback from sometime(got postponed due to vacation etc etc) This was one dealership we hadn't visited to get a quote. We met Payman, the sales representative. I accept that I am used to visiting dealerships without appointment(as my previous experiences taking appointment hasn't been that useful as many do not honor it) Anyways, we started talking about Outback and due to deal + bargain + liking of my wife, we drove home a Forester in less than 4 hours. I would say these guys handled us well and treated us with respect. Payman visited our home to collect the documentation on way to drop off the car. I would recommend them to any new Subaru buyers to consider them before talking with other dealerships. Thanks Stevens Creek Subaru! So far everything is nice. Hope the experience would get better when I start coming to service.
I was picking up parts on a Saturday and a very helpful service manager fitted me in for an overdue warrantee issue. Thanks
