I had an excellent experience at Subaru on Stevens creek. the associate there, daniel Tran, was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service. he answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my purchase. it was overall a great experience and would recommend anyone to come buy their car here.

Today I had a flat tire on my driver side. Troy was able to squeeze me into a booked schedule. He's the man to see and the staff are all awesome in the service department. They all have great customer service. Troy kept giving me updates on the status of my car. Bravo zulu I would say (term used in the Navy for doing a outstanding job).

I have to drop a star due to my recent experience with the service department. I dropped off the car for express service (interior & exterior protection) before work and was told it would be ready around 2pm. I called requesting an update around 130pm and couldn't get past the receptionist. Given I was one of the first appointments of the day, I figured they were just busy and the car would be ready as they had 8 hrs to do a proposed 4.5 hr job. After work, I returned to the dealership to find nothing had been done and all I could here over the PA system was my service advisor asking how this happened. I really would drop it down to 3 stars but my service advisor was very apologetic and made sure all was taken care of on my return visit. I guess all I can suggest to this branch is get more service space and hire more mechanics and service technicians as your salesman seem to be doing their jobs selling maintenance and other service packages. The calm on the sales floor does not crossover to the service department.

My fiance and I just bought our first new car this weekend from Steven's Creek Subaru! Safe to say our first dealership experience 3 years ago was a disaster and I was most definitely not looking forward to having to go through this draining process again. We were looking at crossovers in general and this was our first stop down Steven's Creek. The 2015 Crosstrek XV Premium was our top choice so we wanted to test drive that first. Other front runners included the Mazda CX5 (NOT!), Fiat 500x, Chevy Trax, Buick Encore, etc. We were helped by Hamid who was just as pleasant as can be! As we weren't originally looking to buy right then and there it was a pain in the neck for us to get all of our required documentation together. Safe to say that we weren't the easiest sell but by the end of the day we had our beautiful Crosstrek which beats all other crossovers hands down. We can't wait to go back and get an STI from Hamid when the mood strikes.

Joel is the best salesman there. He is direct and a real honest guy. We really felt like he went above and beyond to help our family buy a car that worked for us. We highly recommend him to all our friends and family.

This was my first new car purchase and I couldn't of been happier with Daniel Tran and Stevens Creek Subaru. Daniel was very helpful, encouraging and patient. He walked me step by step through the entire purchase. He was transparent at all times and repeatedly made sure I understood and was comfortable with every thing that was happening. Buying a new car for your first time can be very scary but Daniel's happy and hilarious attitude helped calm my nerves and showed me that it didn't have to be. When you go make sure you ask for Daniel Tran! Stevens Creek Subaru was very accommodating at all times. Always making sure I had what I needed (even the tv remote). :) They were fast, efficient and did their best to keep things moving along for myself and my 6 year old boy who was tired and hungry. All in all - Daniel and Stevens Creek Subaru get 5 stars and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and anyone else who asks where I got by brand new 2015 Impreza Sport Limited at!!!
