Customer service here is amazing! I have been waiting for the 2016 WRX for a couple months now. Cemal was super friendly and let me test drive the 2015 to get a feel for the vehicle. He called me the moment a 2016 model came in. He was super relaxed and helpful. It was nice because I didn't feel any of that "sales" pressure. Ali from finance was able to answer all of my concerns. He was super easy going and never pushed any of the products on us. Overall, I felt like these guys were helping me get the best deal possible. It's rare to find car salesman fighting for the client.

I purchased a 2015 Subaru Impreza on June 27th from this Subaru dealership. Subaru was on the bottom of my list of cars I was looking at, but I could not find the other cars I wanted in a manual transmission. I initially came to look around and possibly test drive the Subaru after a long morning of going from dealer to dealer. Upon arrival "Jon Starrett" was quick to provide me with service. Off the bat he did not come off as the stereotypical pushy car sales dealer. He was very respectful of my opinions, and did not try to push a car onto me that I did not want or that was out of my price range. Jon was very understanding since I was a first item car buyer and did not offer me the sales person pitch unlike many other dealerships in the area. He gave me the cold hard facts about the car, obviously the stats, his own experience, and addressed any concerns I was curious about when purchasing a brand new car. All in all, I bought the 2015 Subaru Impreza sport edition, manual transmission, and have been more than satisfied with it since. I'm happy I choose to get this brand new car, as opposed to purchasing a different car that was higher on my "wish list", which included luxury brands like Audi, Mercedes, and BMW. I know it sounds weird going from those choices to a Subaru, but at the end of the day I didn't have any buyers remorse, and I know that I have purchased a car that won't bring me any trouble anytime soon, and the payments are more than affordable. So if you are interested in purchasing a Subaru I would highly recommend Stevens creek blvd, San Jose, and Jon Starrett. Thank you again Jon! I'll be seeing you in a couple thousand miles when I take my car in for the free oil change you got me :)

I went to this Subaru dealership to buy a new car, the sale's guy is very helpful and nice, he spent almost 45 min showing us different cars and explaining the difference between them, he even made a test drive to show us the quality of new 2015 impreza. their finance department doesn't have many options if you decide to buy the car and if you decide to lease the car the residual value of the car given after 3 years is not matching the market. customer service is excellent but finance department needs some improvement.

Just bought a Subaru Crosstrek for my son this week. The sales staff were super friendly and low pressure, including Dave Barbosa and Febrianto Kurniadi (Feb). Feb knew everything about the Subarus as well as cars and motors in general and gave honest facts about the various cars. He also spent at least 30 minutes showing us every detail about the car we bought. He was by far the best car dealer staff I've ever dealt with. This is the first Subaru I've owned and if it is ads good as it looks, I will likely buy a few more for my family in the next 12 months. Larry Lessler

We just bought an Outback -- and Homayoun Louyeh (Ben) made the experience easy and enjoyable for my wife and I. Ben was patient with us ... never pushing ... just making sure we had all the information we needed. He helped us get the exact Outback we wanted -- and then guided us through the process. After we completed the purchase, he spent a lot of time with us ... explaining all the features and functions ... so that when we drove away, we knew exactly how to operate the car. We can strongly recommend Ben to anyone who wants to buy a Subaru.

Sash was great. He helped us find the perfect Subaru Forrester. We test drove one we loved and then it sold, before we could commit. Sash helped us order another with almost identical specs. We are incredibly happy with the car, and with the easy process at the dealership.
