Came down to Stevens Creek Subaru because Matt gave me a really awesome deal on a 2016 Subaru WRX. I was emailing him for a few days trying to find the right options and color. I went with the rally blue, because it was the signature color and it looks beautiful. I am really in love with my new Wrx. Matt helped me the whole way. Matt knows his Subarus well. He was very responsive and even had me come in when it wasn't so busy so that paper work would be a breeze. They really get busy on the weekend. A good advice would be try shopping online through their website, they offer better deals and you don't have to worry about going back and forth to the dealer Another tip: try to avoid going Saturday, it gets super busy!!!! I had a great experience at Stevens Creek Subaru thanks to Cemal Unal. He spent time to explain the package and options. He made me feel at ease and allowed me to make my own decision. He was even able to help my friend find a model that he had been searching for. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to purchase a Subaru to go to them. I had an amazing experience buying a new BRZ from the great folks at Stevens Creek Subaru yesterday. They were so patient and accommodating. Hamid let me test drive (just about) every car on the lot and was so patient with me as I got the ropes of my first manual transmission. Part driving instructor, part friend, and the kind of salesman you want to buy from. Thank you, Hamid! I look forward to seeing you and the rest of the team for my first scheduled maintenance. I love the car, I've had a permanent smile on my face since I drove away last night.

We recently purchased an Outback from Stevens Creek Subaru, and it was a pleasant experience overall. Our initial test drive was with Jon, who was quite nice to work with and spent a good bit of time with us. When we went back to place our order, we worked with Hossein Mogadashi. Hossein was very friendly and courteous, and not pushy. He helped us place an initial deposit on the car, and once the car was at the dealership, he helped us through the rest of the process until the deal was through. He was patient with showing us all the features on the car though the dealership was almost shutting down by the time we were done, and he made sure that the whole process was hassle free for us. I would highly recommend working with Hossein. The financing person we worked with, Ali, was also a pleasant person - but at the end of the day, we were not sure if he had smooth-talked us into a Service contract that might not be worth the money. On the whole our car buying experience at Stevens Creek Subaru was much easier than I'd expected,and their financing options were considerably better than Capitol Subaru.
