We came into the dealership after establishing a car and price with Shane Amirkiai via their internet department. Shane was the friendliest face in the place. He was very direct with the pricing and options. He never tried to sell us something we didn't want. And, he was incredibly patient with all of our questions. Wais in financing was also amazingly patient and happily answered all of our questions. It was a long (and hot) day, but in the end, we drove off with our first new car. We are saving our 5 star rating for the day when a car dealership to comes into the 21st century and gets rid of the lurking salesmen, introduces straight forward pricing (R.I.P. Saturn) and has clear-cut options. Having said that, our experience at Stevens Creek Subaru felt the most clear-cut out of all of the dealerships we have been to. Shane Amirkiai is the best. Our old car was dying and I was dreading having to buy a new one. Luckily, two sets of friends had recently bought new Outbacks from Shane and they had nothing but great things to say about him. I called Shane on the strength of their recommendations. I'm so glad I did. Although the car I wanted wasn't available anywhere and had to be ordered from the factory, during the wait, Shane kept me up to date. When the car arrived a week early, picking it up couldn't have been faster and easier. I love the car and had a great experience with Shane and Stevens Creek Subaru. I was treated like an educated and valued customer. I really couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.
Matt Kanawyer did a great job setting us up with a new car. He was really easy to work with, didn't waste our time and was very straight forward. I wish all car salespeople were like Matt. Everyone else at the dealership did a great job too. The finance guy was nice and we didn't feel pressured at all throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this dealership and working with Matt Kanawyer.
This place puts Ford, GM and Dodge to shame. I showed up unplanned during their lunch hour for an I schedules maintenance, 12:35. I was told by the service advisor that all the service personnel were out to lunch but he could squeeze me in, again I didn't make an appointment but the service should be done around 2pm. At 1:15 I was told my vehicle was serviced and they were washing my car. I was amazed.
