I bought an STI in LA but immediately move to Bay Area thus all my services are done in Stevens Creek Subaru. I would recommend doing service over there. I was trying to solve a steering wheel vibrating issue. The service adviser whose name is Mecci, he is a patient and nice guy. Together with the service manage Ron, they helped to find out the problem really quick and covered my rotor and brake pad under warranty, which is not a small amount for STI. Also I ordered Yokohama tires from them. They have shuttle to take me back to company and pick me up when the service is done. The overall experience is pretty nice! They are really good people and easy to communicate. The car is now pretty smooth when driving in high speed.

My fiancá and I bought our first ever Suabaru and it was definitely a different experience with Stevens Creek Subaru. Thanks to Shane and his boss, Andres, they showed us how a first time buying experience should be. Shane was friendly, customer oriented and really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Despite some bumps along the way, Shane and Andres were extremely supportive, sensitive, and helpful in resolving these concerns as first time buyers. Would absolutely return in the future and will definitely refer friends, colleagues and family.

This was my first time purchasing a Subaru and it was a great experience! Now I am very happy with my new Crosstrek XV! I felt comfortable that I was getting all the information I needed an I didn't feel pressured. I would recommend asking for Hossein Moghadasi. He was super helpful in explaining all the car features, comparison with other models, and helped get me an AWESOME deal. Excellent service!

We purchased a Subaru from Shane Amirkiai at Stevens Creek Subaru. We all know that purchasing a new car is usually a pretty unpleasant experience. Well, I no longer feel that way. Shane was wonderful. He helped us out with a great attitude every step of the way. Stevens Creek Subaru went beyond the call of duty by letting us store our other car there for a repair being done by an outside vendor. Pretty amazing. I even created a Yelp account just so I could give Shane and Stevens Creek the glowing review that they deserve. Thanks Shane!

I am happy to come to Steven creeks Subaru, this is 2nd we bought new car here. Mortaza Azim helped us a lot and had patient to explain all the function in the car and also went over the user manual.
