I hate buying a new car. Well, let me correct that: I USED to hate dealing with the men and women who sell cars. The reason@f0 Actually, there are two reasons and their names are Jonathan Starrett and Mike Marsh. A sort of Dynamic Subaruduo, they were able to soften a hardened cynic with genuine professionalism and concern before, during, and immediately following the purchase of my Subaru Outback. It began with Jon. Within 5 minutes of the obligatory car sales handshake and small talk, he sized me up perfectly, and guided me directly to the car that I would end up purchasing. No need to look any further. We worked on the price. He worked on the price a bit more. Done. Effortless. Next, it was finalizing the deal with Jon's comrade, Mike Marsh, who made it a smooth ride across the sales finish line and out the door. It has been less than a week, but so far, a great ride without any of the usual sales funk stinking up that new car smell.

Our sales person, Chip, was very patient with us. My hubby and I came in not knowing exactly what we wanted IN the car, but still with very different ideas of what kind of car we wanted. My husband had his heart set on a new Impreza, whereas I thought I wanted a used wagon. We looked at and sat in several vehicles, then test drove two. Chip led us through the options and remained neutral between my husband and I, not trying to sway us either way, rather, highlighting the benefits of ea type of car. He didn't try to pressure us or make us uncomfortable. He also never talked down to me, even though it is obvious I know nothing about cars. I really appreciate that. We went w/the more expensive Outback (even used) ultimately and purchased a 100K mile warranty. Chip showed me how to use some of the electronics, sync my phone. He was great and we would look for him again. My husband still has his heart set on an Impreza in the future.

I just bought an WRX yesterday . I came in looking for a brand new Subaru to own Payman Shahni was my salesman who helped me with the purchase. Very good customer service and I had gone to two other dealerships the same day and the first two that I went were bad because the salesmen were not being honest. I am happy with my new WRX and with Payman's customer service. I would highly recommend buyers to stop by Stevens Creek Subaru and look for Payman if you are looking to buy a Subaru.

Deeply express my thanks and appreciation to Ben (Homayoun Louyeh) on helping me and my family finding the right Subaru. He patiently showed and explained on the features of Forester. Although there was a side story happened in the parking lot (we arrived and parked our car at the parking lot and my daughter opened the door and slightly bumped into the car parked next to us. The car owner approached to us rudely arguing with us about the accident. Surely, the bump was not serious!), Ben claimed us down and helped us to switch the focus back to our car-looking tour. Again, great job Ben and appreciate your help on everything!

My first visit to Stevens Creek Suburu went well. I was not feeling well at all as I drove toward Stevens Creek, but since I had driven up from Santa Cruz, I proceeded anyway. John was very helpful and knowledgable. Also was helped by Gurpreet, who was patient and looked for a better offer on a Suburu than I had found from another dealer. Came back yesterday (I did not call anyone first to let them know I was coming back in, since I it was actually a more spontaneous visit) to be greeted by Matt, since Gurpreet nor John was there. Matt was just great! Easy-going, patient, sincere, and provided a lot of useful information. He worked out a good deal for me, and I am quite satisfied with my experience and new car! Then Ali, the finance manager, sealed the deal with great communication skills and patience. He called me after I had left to answer a question he realized he hadn't answered for me yet. I recommend these guys heartily.

We enjoyed our experience at Stevens Creek Subaru as much as one CAN enjoy the car-buying experience. There was still a little negotiating and the whole process was a L-O-N-G one. But the staff (we were helped by Feb) was nice and thorough. Fingers crossed that we have a good experience with the service department when that time comes as well!
