My daughter and I saw an ad online for a used Mazda3. Called the dealership in advance and spoke to Ben Ebrahimi. Was nice and knowledgable from the start! We arrived to check out the car, and Ben had it waiting up front for us. We took it for a test drive and loved the car! From the test drive to the paper signing, Ben was so supportive and really eased the car buying experience. We truly lucked out with a great salesman! The dealership is a overall a nice non intimidating environment, we felt very comfortable. As for the finance department, we met with Ali Rahnoma, who was also beyond helpful. Can't say enough about how genuinely thoughtful and accommodating both Ben and Ali were through the whole process. When we can trade up for a Subaru, we will be back to see them :)

Today, I bought a 2017 Outback. The sales service I received from Mike Marsh was outstanding. Price was great and the car has been terrific. My suggestion is to contact Mike for the same great service I received. This is the second car I've bought from Stevens Creek Subaru.

My boyfriend and I were debating on getting a car, but the customer service we received washed that uncertainty away. Taz was awesome, he was available anytime we had a question, he really knew his stuff, he always went into detail with our questions. The service overall here was an awesome experience, you walk away not only with a new car, but with new friends. Process was fast and the finance people really work hard, wais walked us through the whole process and explained everything. Will definitely recommend!

I came to this Subaru dealership without looking at Yelp reviews or any reviews of any sort. I went inside the office where everyone was busy. At first I thought we weren't going to get help, but then Payman was there to save the day! He came up to me and asked if I needed assistance; of course, I wanted to buy a car. I already knew what I wanted and the price I was set on. He showed me to the car I wanted (Subaru Crosstrek 2017), he knew where it was. I didn't need to know anything else. I just wanted to know if they had it in stock, which they did with only 5 miles in it! I told Payman I wanted it. Second phase was the financials. I'll keep it short after 2 sessions of negotiating prices, which took like 10 minutes, I got the price I wanted - SURPRISED! Payman and I agreed and shook on it, and then he took me to Ali to finish the paperwork. Ali, like Payman, was accommodating he explained to me what each line meant, which was nice since this is my first time buying a car. I can't speak enough positive things about Payman, I love his attitude too. I have him on my phonebook, just incase i need anything from Subaru or any questions, which he is always willing to answer!

I just bought my Subaru Outback and am so glad I went here. From the very beginning to the end, everything was a smooth. Ben helped me throughout the whole process and I never felt pressured. This experience was so great compared to buying cars from other dealerships. He answered all my questions and made sure I had all the information before I left with my car. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to go see Ben. My husband and I loved working with our Uncle Ben :)

I visited Hossein M. at this dealership on the recommendation of a friend, and I was not disappointed. I had done my research and knew what I wanted to purchase before shopping, and had a dollar amount I was set to spend. Hossein pointed out a few vehicles that met my criteria, and I appreciated that he listened and showed me exactly what I was looking for without attempting to upsell me. (I'll leave a dealership if the salespeople are overly aggressive and pushy, so it was a much more pleasant experience than I expected.) He also really knew the brand and the features and answered all of my questions confidently, thus leaving me with a stronger sense of the Subaru brand and confidence in my choice to purchase a Forester. It truly was refreshing, and I will send my friends and family to Hossein if they're in the market for a Subaru. My one comment about the dealership that was a bit frustrating was the test drive process. It took several minutes to take a test drive because the rows between cars were only large enough for one vehicle and you had to wait until you had a clear shot to the exit to leave your space. The number of customers walking around looking at cars diminishes drivable area as well. Fantastic for the dealership to have so much interest, unintentional slalom course for the person test driving. Hossein tried to lead me to the exit behind the dealership, but it was blocked by a dumpster and a parked car, only leaving you with Stevens Creek Boulevard as the exit choice, visibility was not ideal, and parked cars crowded the driveway. It would have made the process much easier had that back driveway been open. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Hossein was great to deal with, and I look forward to my first service appointment to see if they live up to the set expectation.
