I came in, went for a test drive, and a short while later he was walking me through every feature before I drove it home. Also, Ali made the paperwork part of it very quick and easy. I haven't purchased a new vehicle in over 20 years, was dreading it. I made contact with Subaru dealers from the Bay area to Redding. So many of the dealers tried to talk me into coming in for a price, or gave me some number that was BS. I ask for out the door price, and I was lucky enough to deal with Roy Almeyda at Stevens Creek Subaru. He delivered everything as promised. I am the proud owner of a 2017 Outback 3.6 limited. I just bought a brand new Subaru Outback from this dealership last week. I'm very happy with my purchase, in large part because of the excellent sales people they have there. Ben (Homayoun), made sure everything was correct and up to date. He spent a lot of time going through all the paperwork with me and showed me everything there is to know about the car. He stayed late and was really thorough, although I'm sure he wanted to go home. I was a bit insecure since this is a big purchase, but Ben was really trust worthy and I felt like he knew everything about the car - he had answers to all my questions and is obviously very competent. He made sure I was happy and even called me a couple days later to see how I was liking the new car. Awesome experience overall, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If something goes wrong, I know I have someone to call who will help me out. Their finance people were also really accommodating. Thank you Ben!

First experience here three years ago was great when leasing our first Subaru. Last month I went to check options for the end of our lease and all my questions were answered and options were clear to return, buy our old model or get a new Subaru. Payman was incredibly good showing us the Subaru Forester that they had available and making sure that our new lease went smooth and fast. These new model did not come with fog lights which we had in our previous Subaru, so Payman made sure to include those in our new contract to install them as soon as possible. I definitely recommend this dealer and especially Payman as a great, efficient, and friendly sales person who ensures costumers get the best available deals and excellent experience. Thank you!
