I visited Stevens Creek Subaru this week to check out the latest Impreza model and get a feel for some of the new features, such as the upgraded entertainment and navigation system. Azim found a one that was available on the lot and showed me to the vehicle. He explained all the new features very thoroughly and allowed me to test it out both on the lot and with a test drive. Azim was totally cool the whole time. He answered all my questions and was very patient and friendly. It was such a refreshing change from other pushy sales reps that I've experienced in the past. If you're in the market for a Subaru, I highly recommend Azim as he'll really take care of you and make you feel at home.

My family had such a great experience with Mike that we decided to come back for another car! It was a Monday morning that we decided to buy a car and when we asked for Mike, he wasn't working that day. However, Andres was also a great sales man! Not only was he helpful, he gave us a great deal and was overall a great person! Then we were handed over to Jamal, I believe, and he was a great finance guy. We knew exactly what we wanted and he was able to accommodate us. We will definitely come back soon!

This is my first time buying a new car and I had nothing but an excellent experience getting my brad new WRX Premium. I was helped by Andreas B. and Taz A., they provided an outstanding service, from the moment I stepped into the Subaru building they made it really welcoming and they had an extensive knowledge about their vehicles. They were really easy going and even provided me with different part options to make my car look even cooler, they also offered many discounts on spare parts. If you are looking for a fun car I definitely recommend you joining the WRX club, I've been riding my new car for a few weeks now and its super fun to drive specially on curves.

Charles at the repairs and maintenance counter is so genuine. I've never felt like someone on the opposite side of the counter truly cared like Charles cares. Subaru do what you can to keep him. If I managed a company, I would steal him from you.

Our salesperson, Andreas Beckmann, was amazing! We did most of the work ahead of time online, by email and on the phone. We were in and out in less than 3 hours, including test drive, paperwork, finance, and the education piece about our new car. No haggle pricing for our 2017 Subaru Legacy was the best! We hit the sweet spot of timing (end of month, 0% financing, and guaranteed trade-in for our Subaru Outback). This is our 5th Subaru, and I'm so happy we went to Stevens Creek Subaru. On another note, there was a minor glitch with a power window. Andreas called the service department and Troy left me a voicemail detailing exactly how to reset the passenger side power window so that I could use the driver side to roll it down. I fixed it in 20 seconds flat. Thank you so much!!
