Best part of the sale, they don't push it hard.

Bought my first Subaru Forester 2.5i premium AWD with the help of a great salesman, Hussein Moghabasi. The experience was fabulous. Hussein and the finance team were very professional and easy to deal with. Hussein has helped us to determine the right needs through the various models. He was genuinely wanted us to get a good deal and we felt the deal was fantastic after test drive various models with Ford, Honda and Toyota. The Forester is simply powerful, spacious, economy for mileage and visibly clear from all blind spots in comparison to other models. BTW, this is our first switch from Honda after almost 30 years driving Civics and Accords. We strongly recommend this dealer for their outstanding service and Hussein for his professionalism and no sale pressure.

Typical dealership but they weren't awful. I wound up waiting longer than I expected (my car was parked out front after a service) but I was waiting on the service writer for another half-hour.

Came in for service. Was greeted and assisted immediately by the Stevens Creek Subaru crew. The friendly express service person determined that I needed more than just an oil change. So enter, Troy Corriere, a truly exceptional service advisor. I provided info about my outback: brakes, 75,000 svc etc. He was thorough, knowledgeable, great followup. He explained the service completed and recommendations for the next. Glad to work with him yesterday! Thanks!

Bought a beautiful 2017 Impreza two weeks ago and I am extremely happy with it. I drove all the way from Berkeley because I have heard a lot of good things about them and it was definitely worth the drive. We got there around 8pm so an hour before they close but Mr. Hossein and Mr. Pedram did all they could to make sure I am getting what I want with the best deal possible and eventually they even stayed after their closing time until 10pm to finish everything up. Mr. Hossein patiently went over all different models and considering my budget he explained and showed me all my options in detail and we test drove 3 different suburus and eventually he helped me pick the one! They were extremely friendly, considerate, helpful and I am already loving everything about my new Impreza. I found them very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They also checked back with me after to make sure everything is okay and if I have any other questions or concerns. I would definitely go back in the future and would certainly recommend them to all my family and friends.
