Great place to buy a Subaru - no rush and obligation. Great atmosphere , unlike the other dealers ( Honda or Toyota etc ).Max is the salesperson you'd want, no rush and absolutely great salesman ever, he knows his stuff and tries hard to find answers for you if he doesn't know it already. Gentleman , great with kids and extremely polite. Got the car from Stevens Creek Subaru just because of him!

Buying an Impreza was the easiest and most straight-forwared car-buying experience. I have had, ever. I requested a quote online, and my sales guy, Shane, honored the quote. No surprises, no add-ons, no bait and switch. He actually emailed the VIN for the car. It was an easy and efficient. Before I Ieft, he explained and demonstrated all of the safety features, connected my cell phone, and helped me feel comfortable with driving a car packed with useful and fun equipment.

Subaru Outback has oil consumption problem. Although service manager denying the defect and got an expensive oil change/oil consumption test out of me, he still provides great service and friendly smile all the way and every time.
