I had an excellent experience this afternoon while purchasing my Subaru Forster, thanks to Shane and Cemal. Shane had excellent and prompt online communication, so I knew exactly what to expect when I came into the dealer to pick up my new car. He gave a great tutorial of the cars features during the test drive. Cemal made the signing process very clear and easy. Both were very friendly and helpful.

Thanks to Hamid my husband and I were able to compromise and find the car of our dreams. I wanted an SUV, we're expecting a child in September and I want something reliable, safe, and has a lot of room. My husband, on the other hand wanted a WRX. Hamid gave us the 2017 Forrester, an suv with the WRX engine. He helped with our budgeting to make our dream a reality and introduced us to Ali who helped finalize it all. My wife and I had a great experience buying our 2017 Forester from Shane Amirkiai at Stevens Creek. I dealt with Shane primarily over the phone and via email which was convenient being in the City. Shane got us the Forester color, model and price we were looking for. While the car was in transit, Shane updated me on the status and called when it arrived on the lot. We came in very skeptical due to our past experience at other dealerships and was very hesitant to go through the car buying process again. We had a great buying experience with Shane Amirkiai, who helped us navigate through all the new technology since my last purchase. He helped us sort through "wants vs needs" and was very patient with our entire process.
