My overall experience at Subaru was great because of Daniel Tran. Made the whole process simple & enjoyable which is hard to find. He went above and beyond with his knowledge on each of the models I was interested in. Thanks for treating me like family! Definitely will refer to all my friends.

The most positive car buying experience we've ever encountered! It started with the prompt response from Andreas following my initial on-line inquiry, to honoring our appointment and the price quote we were given, respect during our visit and transaction, and making a personal connection and actual fun and laughter while we were there. Thank you Andreas! Andreas was professional, patient, knowledgeable, respectful and answered all of our questions and concerns. Cemal was so very personable. He fully explained all of our options and additional coverage possibilities, and details about the financing clearly and concisely. He was professional and exuded warmth in his demeanor. Both Andreas and Cemal treated us with respect and made our buying experience awesome! They also matched the offer we got from CarMax for our trade-in which made a huge difference for us, saving us time and energy. We would definitely recommend this dealer and let our friends know to work with Andreas and Cemal. We live an hour away and it was worth the trip! A solid 10 for both of them! I love my new Outback!

My boyfriend and I bought a 2017 Subaru Outback (Premium) here yesterday and had a great experience. We walked in to look at the cars in the show room and no one immediately rushed to give us a sales pitch, and it was nice to just be able to look around. When we were ready to be helped, we asked the salesman there, Kash, for help, and he took us around to look at different models. We had originally thought we wanted a Forester, but after Kash told us about the differences between the 2 (and he really was impartial when he told us the differences-- not just pushing us to buy a more expensive car), we decided we wanted to go with the Outback. He knew about all the different features in the Basic, Premium, and Limited models, and was again very impartial while telling us these things. We wanted to look at a bunch of different colors, etc. and he patiently allowed us to look at probably 7 or 8 different cars. When it came time to go back to his desk and discuss the price, he was very fair and we feel that we got a good price. He even gave us the idea of trading in my 2005 Honda Pilot we had driven there with; we weren't planning on buying a new car or trading my old car in that day, but it worked out and I also think I got a fair price for the Pilot, and trading it in saved me the hassle of having to clean and sell it myself. Cemal, a.k.a. "the best Subaru salesman" (yeah, if you don't believe him and Google it, he really is the first name that comes up), explained all the paperwork to us, and stayed more than an hour late to help us. We didn't add any options or packages that we didn't want, and he didn't try to force us. Overall, we had a great experience with Kash and Cemal and are sooo happy with our new car!

My first time buying a Subaru and I was so happy with my buying experience! Andreas was so easy to work with. From my first inquiry, his goal was to keep me from going back and forth between dealers/trying to haggle for the best price. He was extremely transparent and honest, which something that I truly have not encountered at car dealerships before. The rest of the Stevens Creek Subaru team that I interacted with were welcoming and all around great. I'm so happy with my new car and would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Very Happy with my new Forester. Easiest car I ever bought from Matt Kanawyer (- hope I got the spelling right?). I bought it on-line ..we negotiated details/price via emails. I put dow a deposit over the phone. I live in San Francisco so the first time I met Matt was when he picked me up at the Cal Train station to pick up my new car. He had exactly what I wanted below the Costco price.

Hossein in sales has always demonstrated great customer service and has always made the car buying experience non stressful. He has always gone the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. He is very nice and professional. The entire staff was great ! Thank you!
