The process was smooth and went by without any hiccups. He definitely sets the standard of what a car salesman needs to be. Highly recommend this place!!

While searching for a new car at various dealerships, we came by Stevens Creek Subaru and were lucky to have Ben Louyeh help us out. He was very informative, professional, and understanding of our needs. While we didn't end up with a new car that day, we had a great experience overall where we didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a Subaru to come by this location and ask for Ben!

Knew exactly what I wanted going into this dealership and it was simply down to a matter of who I would be carrying out this transaction with. My initial impression of the dealership was poor to be honest. Customer parking is difficult and the atmosphere was uninviting; I was ready to drop 40K on a new Subaru and it took awhile to just hunt down a salesman. By the time I was finally assisted I ended up with a very typical car salesman with absolutely no people skills. This guy couldn't get enough hearing himself talk and was just trying to push a sale. By the end of his condescending pitch I was just about ready to walk out when I was fortunately passed onto another salesman by the name of Shane, and if not for this turn of events this transaction would definitely have occurred elsewhere. Shane is the Internet Manager at this dealership and not only was easy to talk to and made me feel as if my overall satisfaction and understanding of the vehicles I was interested in were more important than making commission. Shane verified a lot of the research into the cars I was interested in and supplemented it even further. After a test drive and heading home to sleep on the decision of purchasing this vehicle, I returned within the week without any doubts that the Outback would be my next vehicle. I sat down with Shane once more and itemized everything I wanted in my new car and had it made-to-order. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had; a stark contrast to my initial impression.

Came to this dealership and had purchased my WRX. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The buying experience went very smooth all because of Roy! If you're looking for a staff to help you out, he would be the one to go to! I was of course anxious but he made everything calm and comforting. Thanks again Subaru! Glad to be part of the family.

One of the best Subaru Dealership. I came here to support my brother in buying a WRX and next thing you know we left with one! All the staff here was great! Attentive and accommodating. All of them helped us but ROY went above and beyond to make sure we were happy :) If you're looking for someone, he would be the guy to make an appointment with! Buying a car is very stressful... he made it funny and relaxing :) Thank you Roy for everything! We truly appreciate it. Maybe next time we will come back for mine!
