For the service department: Dante was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He greeted me with a smile and thanked me when I left. I received an accurate quote for my wait time and I had all of my questions answered. Dante is an asset to your team. My only suggestion would be a shuttle service to the mall next door while I waited. I don't mind walking, but it was cold and raining out the evening I had my appointment. Otherwise exceptional service!

We had a great experience at Stevens Creek Subaru! Manny was awesome. It was pouring when we arrived, and he made sure to cover us with his umbrella as we got in and out of the cars. It was raining hard but he still went around and got every single car we wanted to look at. We never felt pressured, and really felt like we were taken care of by a friend. Would work with Manny again in a heart beat. He had excellent service. I wouldn't recommend emailing in advance for a test drive appointment. The two different people I emailed to set one up either didn't get back to me with details or confirmed the right date but then got the date wrong on the day before and didn't reply back when I asked if our actual appointment was still on. It's better to just show up. Ask for Manny!

Bought my first Subaru this weekend from Matt in the online department and I was absolutely happy with the service! I appreciated how easy it was to get in contact with him and the deal he was able to get us. He was extremely helpful and friendly-- I definitely recommend!

Troy was amazing. He has been helping me with my Subaru since my wife and and I moved up from HB, ca The service is warm, welcoming, quick and professional. I will always bring my car to steven's creek as long as Troy is around. He makes bringing your car in for service fun!

This is for the service department only. I had a recall for my Outback, called to make an appointment and it was scheduled for a month out. On the appointed day and time I showed up (with my 6mo old baby), and I was greeted and helped by a service staff member within 5 minutes. After being told it would be a 2-3 hour service I asked if someone could retrieve the stroller from the back of the car since I'd probably just have to walk around Valley Fair for those hours. Some nice person did so and brought me the stroller. So after walking miles and miles at Valley Fair at the three hour mark I returned to the service department. No one had contacted me that anything was ready but I had a tired and cranky baby on my hands. After 30 minutes of waiting in the waiting room I went to go ask about it (total time: 3.5 hours) and almost immediately forms were printed for me to sign and my car was pulled around. Why hadn't anyone contacted me? If I'd been just chilling in the waiting room reading a book and sipping a cup of coffee an extra 30 minutes wouldn't have been a big deal, but to a tired mom and baby it was disappointing and really aggravating. Unfortunately they are essentially the only game in town so for future recalls I guess I'm in the same boat. Presumably the recall repairs were made correctly. Definitely not going there for regular maintenance though. One bright spot: I mentioned a weird problem my automatic seat was having and they reprogrammed it for me.
