This review is long overdue but I'm going to try to make it short. I decided to purchase a 2017 Subaru Impreza back in October. I got lucky and connected with Mike Marsh, the Internet sales person. Now at that time, the 2017 impreza wasn't released yet so I pre ordered my car with the help of Mike of course. For the entire 3 months of waiting for my car's arrival, I had doubts about the car and going through with it but Mike was very patient with me. He kept assuring me that everything is OK and that I'm being very well taken care of. (Of course it was hard to believe at first because how can you trust a complete stranger right?) Throughout the waiting period, Mike kept in touch to keep me updated on what the status was so that was VERY helpful for someone who's a first time buyer. Mike is different, he isn't just someone working at the dealership trying to shark out any sales he can get.. he was genuinely making sure that everything was to my accommodation and not offering any extras that was not needed. Oh can't forget, he was completely honest too. Yes there were maybe a few mistakes he made here and there on what was featured for the model but other than that, he was awesome. In the end, I stuck with it and Mike made sure I did everything properly and guided me well. THANK YOU MIKE!!! My apologies for a really really late review. Hamid made my car buying experience totally stress free! I just sat at his desk while he ran around and took care of everything for me. He went out of his way to get me a payment I was comfortable with and a car I loved. Sad to see my Impreza go, but so excited about my new Forester!

I was so impressed with Hamed that I wanted to leave a review. He was extremely helpful and personable. If you're in the market for a Subaru, ask for Hamed. He's definitely a cut above the rest when it comes to sales people.

Was helped by Cemal Unal who was extremely patient and prompt. He didn't make me feel pressured and took time to help me look at different options and let me purchase at my own terms. Had a wonderful experience at Stevens Creek. Love my Subaru!
