Sales Advisor Shane took care of the whole sales process without any hastle. After the sales service support from Shane is fantastic. He is knowledgeable and it was win win for both.

Great service for Subaru but it is pricy and limited parking space while waiting for service consultant. Sometime you have to wait long for someone to come to you while waiting in the car. Don't bother to make appointment since you still have to wait like everyone.

Got a new Outback from stevens creek and overall it was a good experience. Shane really helped me throughout the process.

Guys are friendly. Asked if I could test drive a brz. They said they would get one over in an hour. Came back in 1:15, no car, but left, both one new about it. Honestly it's probably because I am 27 and they did not think I would buy one. There loss, honestly close to buying one. They had the right color.

Buying process was easy but they did not really follow up on showing me things about the car. Waiting area for repairs gets crowded and the coffee machine is always broken.
