As Andres stated, the staff is friendly. However the price of car service seems to be pricier than doing car service somewhere else, and some additional charges are added without discussion with me. I'd give this place a 5-star if there's a heads up on the items I'll got charged beforehand.

I was researching for a outback two weeks back, quoting the price across the bay area. Most of the dealers here provide you a very low price upfront then they tell you that is the cash price. If you want to get the 0% APR Subaru is promoting, they will give you a different price, normally thousand dollar higher!Steven Creek Subaru is the only one don't use this trick. They just gave me one price and it qualify the Subaru financing. It might not beat the cash price from some other dealer, but it gave me the best price with Subaru finance, it make my car shipping life easier.I showed up on Saturday in the afternoon at 2:30pm, Shane worked with me to go through the whole test drive and purchase process. He is knowledgeable sales and provide me the suggestion for the accessory I care about. The dealership pace is is not big, not easy to get a parking spot in the weekend, and people are line up meeting the finance manager. At the end I have my car driven out after 3 hours.
