The desk person was very nice and efficient however I am not impressed with the shuttle service. The driver didnt seem to know what he was doing and was not using onboarding navigation so I had to give him directions. Thankfully I do not live far from the dealership.

We worked with Shane Amirkiai in the Internet Sales department. He was great to work with and very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the whole order and delivery process. Shane provided timely updates to us through both emails or phone calls. We have referred friends to him.

Got my Outback 40,000 mile service done today. Very friendly, done within the 2 hours they estimated, and $40 cheaper at checkout than quoted due to an online coupon they found!
