The service was good. But I was not told the Outback I want did not come with a button to close and open the trunk. So, every time I have to open and close the trunk with my hands manually and forcefully and that causes my shoulder and arm in pain. Wonder if I can change the car with trunk open/close button?

I had an appointment for routine maintenance on a very busy Friday afternoon. I asked the service tech to include repair of a recall problem. He said he couldn't promise their staff would have time to take care of the recall item, but he'd do what he could. In fact, they WERE able to complete that additional service - which was great, because it meant I did not have to return for the work to be done!

Awesome staff and super calm, lovable dealership dog. Took care of me, my scheduled car service, and my unexpected flat tire. It was great to be able to leave my car in their hands and not have to worry about it. Thankful these guys are on top of it!
