Bought two cars from this dealership, highly recommend Shane as a sales rep., he made the whole experience seamless (I only needed to turn up in person to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the car). Fair and competitive pricing, so you don't have to waste more time haggling over details.

I shopped around at a lot of dealers all around the Bay Area and up to Sacramento. These guys gave me the best deal and were absolutely no hassle. Matt helped us find the perfect vehicle and Shane closed the deal for us a few days later. Both were low key and neither was ever pushy. I wouldn't do anything differently. Thanks guys!

Was initially upset as the service center staff was dismissive about our concerns that the car was left extremely dirty after completing repairs, but Shakoor, remedied the situation by offering to have the car cleaned at a nearby car wash.Thank you, Shakoor.

Andrew is great at his job-I know nothing about sales, but you can tell! He let me take my time, mull over my options, and was direct, straightforward, and friendly. He walked me through everything-multiple car options and trim levels, each with pricing info-and communicated throughout the month. It meant enough to me that I chose to buy at Stevens Creek over other dealers who could match the same price, because I felt like there was a different level of customer service. I actually learned a lot through the process! And, I thought it was neat to chat with different people who work there-everyone was so welcoming. This is clearly a great team.
