Best dealership ever, I been shopping around bay area dealerships for a ascent. I messaged shane amirkiai and told him the best offer I got so far. He messaged me back and said he would be able to beat that price. The color I wanted with options I wanted was not in stock but they had one on the way from the factory and they would hold it for me. Shane constantly gave me updates about what's going along with being very quick to respond to my messages and questions. If your in need for a subaru I would highly recommend shane, dealing with shane was the best car buying experience I have had.

I purchased WRX STI 2020 at Stevens creek subaru. The Sales manager RJ, Taz and Dennis were really helpful . This was my first car and being new to credit history i was skeptical that i might not be approved for a loan, they worked the whole day on my application with the bank to get it approved. I will be thankful to them and would definitely recommend this dealership. The hospitality was very great, Ali the manager over there offered us great herbal chamomile tea which helped me with the cough that day. I liked the same day delivery of the vehicle and the paper work was done very fast with clear and detail description of what all i am signing on.

Our experience at SC Subaru was amazing: we walked in, asked about the special they were running, did not get a run-around or lame excuses about its availability. They were happy to hook us up, financing was stress-free, they were extremely professional and the whole experience was just fantastic. David in service was very friendly and took care of my vehicle quickly. He addressed issues with me, and easily explained the plan of action for my vehicle in the future. I waited in the showroom with my 2 year old who enjoyed the toys that were out. Easy for me to keep an eye on him, but out of the way of people waiting who wanted to get work done. I am thankful for the ease of experience and I will certainly recommend to friends and be back for other services I will need in the future.
