Professional, courteous, and friendly.

I was recently in the market for my first car. I knew the exact trim and accessories that I wanted. I emailed over 10+ Subaru dealerships and surprisingly many dealerships were not very responsive or many would not read the details of my email. Shane was one of the most helpful and reaponsive sales reps that I had contact with. I did not experience any pressure to buy and felt like the experience was very straight forward without any games.

Great service by Stevens Creek Subaru. No pressure, no hassle.Shane was awesome. He worked promptly and very professionally. He helped me preorder 2020 model at the price we were comfortable with. He made sure to keep the car waiting for us for a week based on our convenience. The finance guy Loui was great too. He explained things and did not push, offered as much flexibility as he could. The general manger greeted us at the end of purchase. Smooth transaction overall.
