I recently bought a CrossTrek from here. My overall experience was very smooth and efficient. I knew what I wanted in terms of model and I negotiated the price online via email. They were very professional through out the process and Shane (my sales contact) was also totally non-pressure and very detail oriented in terms of making sure things went smoothly. He explained the additional features and options without pressure. Overall great experience.
