First time ever buying a new car. Went to a number of Subaru dealerships. Stevens Creek matched the lowest price I saw, and even looked into a future shipment to allow me to get the color that I most wanted. Got a maintenance package and every scheduled maintenance has been easy to schedule and done well.

All Stevens Creek Subaru people I met are nice and friendly, especially the Sales person, Taz Azim, who is straightforward and helpful. This is the car purchasing that I spent least time doing negotiation with; it took only about 1.5 hours totally for me to do the test drive, go over the details of the car, sign all papers and finally drive it out of the door of Stevens Creek Subaru.

We worked through Cartelligent, but I have spoken to Mike Schwartz and William Liu, and both were very professional.

Service is good. No car wash with oil change. Got disappointed.

I'm almost always back on the road sooner than they estimate. They have a great location, good customer service, and a fairly decent facility. I also spent less on the maintenance than a regular auto shop quoted me for.
