The service team is very polite, attentive, courteous and efficient. Hector communicated every step with me ensuring I was in the know about what was going on with what work was being done to my car.And due to the amazing loaner that was given to me, I'm now working with the internet sales team toward trading in my current Subaru for a newer 2020 outback.I highly recommend this team in all areas. Best experience I've had with any car buying.

I've heard horror stories of women getting ignored and ripped off at car dealerships, but I had the opposite experience here at Stevens Creek Subaru. Essi, my sales consultant, was patient and worked with me to find the right car. Unlike other sales consultants, he didn't pressure me, was honest with pricing and and gave me a great deal! Essi's also good at following up post-purchase, which I think shows how much he cares about his customers. Would recommend!p.s. Though I recommend Essi, I did not have a great experience with their business manager, who handles the final paperwork. So not sure if EVERYBODY at Stevens Creek is nice.
