THIEVES. Brought my car into service and came to pick up. Found out they went through my glove compartment because they left all the stuff they went through on my seat and trunk. Service department stole my jumper cables and bag of personal items from my trunk. They denied going through my stuff and taking anything. Refused to do anything. Do not come here unless you want your stuff stolen lol UPDATE: The general managers and assistant manager got in contact with me and resolved everything. They were very professional and courteous. Resolved issues quickly and in a timely manner. Thank you Howard and Brian.
Shane made this experience 5/5 for my fiance and I. If you're in the market for any Subaru in the Bay Area, he was by far the most pleasant to deal with. We were pleased with how he handled the transaction and the agreed price. On a note of constructive criticism, it isn't related to Shane, but the finance management portion of the transaction was not 'new-car-buyer' friendly and was almost a stark contrast from the service we had from Shane. Not as harmonious as the first 80% of the process, but otherwise a positive experience overall.
Dennis Camba was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He also has been great about answering all my questions post sale.
