I visited a few different dealerships before walking into Steven's Creek. I was instantly impressed. Beau immediately sat down w/me and listened to what I was looking for. I really appreciated how he and the rest of the guys took care of financing my new car & trading in my old car despite confusing name-changes/court documents & out of state title/registration issues. As a transgender person it can be very intimidating walking into a car dealership or applying for a loan, especially when your name/gender marker is different on certain documents. The guys at Steven's Creek used my correct name & never made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. They took care to make sure it was a stressless process for me and my family. I was extremely impressed by their courtesy, professionalism, and respectfulness. They were helpful and kind and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or trade in a vehicle. Their head of financing was the sweetest person and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had, never making me feel dumb for not knowing something! This was the first time I had applied for a loan, as I'm fresh our of college & haven't built up much credit yet. I felt confident in their expertise and that they would help negotiate a fair deal on my behalf with the lenders. This is my first Subaru but it definitely won't be my last! In fact, I plan on coming back to this dealership as long as I live in this area! I trust Beau Knapp will take good care of me & anyone I send his way!

I have been shopping around for a Subaru Outback, and I couldn't find someone to actually help me look for what I wanted till we met Radek! This guy was so awesome, he showed my husband and I all the features that we wanted and he got us a fantastic price. Then we realized I didn't have an owners manual, so the next day he gave me brand new manuals and he gave us floor mats too, with a free gas fill up and had the car sent to be detailed. I really liked the fact that he wasn't a pushy salesman. He was honest about the product he was selling, and went over every possible options to buy the car. This dealership really cares about you and your family being safe. He also followed up afterwards to make 6sure we were happy with the car. Many Kudos to Radek this man deserves a raise!

I had a great experience. I worked in the industry for a long time and had a better experience buying here than I did at some of the dealerships I worked for. Dennis was friendly and helpful along with the management. I got a fair offer on my trade and was sold my new Subaru at a great price. Was in and out in an hour. Highly recommend

I am a returning customer. Eight years ago, we bought our first Outback and today I am returning to the same dealership and made a successful deal with Mr. Shane Amirkiai.Under such shelter in place condition, the dealership make all the efforts and had everything prepared ahead via email communications. Since I know exactly what I am looking for, we came into final price very smoothly. It just done within 3 days. My old car trade in and new car comes with me home.I like this place, people are professional and nice. We know it is a hard time for everybody due to the COVID-19.
