First time buyer at Subaru. The sales experience went smoothly with Beau. He answered all my questions via email and made the process very quick when I came in to sign the paperwork and test drive the vehicle. William, in finance was very honest and helpful. He was clear, efficient, very organized and clean. I appreciated this very much due to Covid. Jose in service was excellent as well. *** Buyer note: I found a ding after signing paperwork. The service team took care of it, however just took longer than initially described as a few hour fix to a week. Just make sure to inspect the vehicle in its entirety after detailing and all service taken care of prior to signing paperwork

It was my first time looking for a car at a dealership and I didn't know what to expect. Beau was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable on the Subaru Crosstrek features and safety. He let us test drive the car, which was a great experience. Really appreciated that he broke down the different trims. He was honest and straightforward. I liked that he didn't pressure me to into closing the deal. He reassured me that he wanted me to get the car that was most suitable for me. Although I decided to not go with the Crosstrek, I really appreciated Beau's excellent customer service. Honestly, I visited two other dealerships on the same day and their customer service and sales experience did not meet up to Beau's standards. Thank you so much Beau! I highly recommend you schedule an appointment with him because he really puts in the time and effort to make sure you feel welcomed and find the best Subaru for you.
