First time buyer at Subaru. The sales experience went smoothly with Beau. He answered all my questions via email and made the process very quick when I came in to sign the paperwork and test drive the vehicle. William, in finance was very honest and helpful. He was clear, efficient, very organized and clean. I appreciated this very much due to Covid. Jose in service was excellent as well. *** Buyer note: I found a ding after signing paperwork. The service team took care of it, however just took longer than initially described as a few hour fix to a week. Just make sure to inspect the vehicle in its entirety after detailing and all service taken care of prior to signing paperwork
