This review is for Beau Knapp and his associates who helped make today, a brighter day. I had originally set up an appointment at 930AM Tuesday, with Dennis Camba, but he wasn't available, so Beau Knapp was introduced and walked me through the process. I test drove the Scion IM, with Beau answering my questions, and making me feel very comfortable during the drive. Very down to earth personality, rather than robotic, unlike other salesman at dealerships. You know, the ones that couldn't remember your name, so you're 'Buddy!' or 'My Friend!' When we pulled back to the dealership, I asked about next steps, and Beau was vibing the car too. We sat down, ran some numbers, negiotated, made some phone calls, and began the final steps to a new used purchase. At no point in my time there, did I feel insecure about buying. The vending machine and spotty cell service were the only intimidating things there. The wait time was mostly Financing (had a phone issue) and on the phone with the bank. He told me what unfortunately happened and we shared the same common anger towards phones, technology, and how delicate it all is. After financing, Frank was introduced. Frank helped me in my last steps in financing (payment) and the very nice young lady fixed the issue everyone was having. Frank and I talked afterwards about the car, family, the current state we are living in (Rona19), and the hopeful future. Information is key! Overall I had a very pleasant experience. It can be nerve racking and bring stress, but if you get helped by someone who actually cares, those worries are brought down. Take deep breaths and never feel pressured. I was referred to Beau by one of my friends who recently worked with him on a Subaru Crosstrek. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and told me they would notify Beau of my arrival. At the time I was looking at the WRX but really liked the BRZ as well and needed help understanding the pros and cons of each. He was extremely knowledgeable about not just Subaru's but all cars in the category I was looking in. Although I ended up with another vehicle, I can honestly say not a single salesperson at any of the dealerships I visited could come close to Beau's level of expertise. Anyone in the market for a Subaru should go to Stevens Creek Subaru and ask for him. Thanks again Beau!

I'm so thrilled with my new Subaru! Went to Stevens Creek Subaru because of a recommendation from a family member. I was helped by Jin Wu. He helped pick out the perfect car for me. They weren't pushy as some salespeople tend to be. They let us have time to think and make the best decision. Despite my indecisiveness, the process was quick and easy and I was happily driving home in my new car. Thanks again to Jin and the Stevens Creek Subaru team!

Just got an amazing lease on my first car with the help of Beau Knapps. My dad came in completely opposed to subarus but Beau was able to turn him into a huge fan! Definitely recommend coming in if you want a pleasant and covid safe experience or are searching for a practical but fun adventure car!

I am so happy about my New Forester! Dennis Camba my it so easy for me! I told him online exactly what I wanted he sent me three choices. I made an appointment to test drive the car and I was out of there with a shinny new car in two hours! I am excited to a part of the Subaru family! Luis in finance was great as well. Got my first Subaru today and had a great experience. I requested quotes and had email conversations with a couple of Subaru dealership agents in Bay Area, I finally settled at Stevens Creek. Taz Azim helped me with this smooth transaction. He was friendly, honest and straight forward. I like his style for not being pushy but helpful. I had bad experience in other dealerships for having over-promising salespeople which is just wasting people's time. It is lucky that I met Taz, from test drive to make the car mine, the whole process just took 2.5hrs. That's faster than expected. In this Covid time many things are doing online. I had much email communication with Taz and he answered all my questions patiently. On the day we met, he honored the price quoted. Happy deal! Thank you for the great help and will definitely recommend anyone who wants to get a Subaru to find Taz.
