I purchased a new Subaru here. My sales rep Hamid was very friendly and professional, and made the car buying process as streamlined as possible. Price negotiation was short and simple - he gave me a ballpark offer by email and then we looked at the Kelly Bluebook price range the day of and nocked a few dollars off. No hassle. I feel like I got a good deal and I definitely got the car I want.I visited the service station. Making an appointment was easy and the person on the phone was quite friendly. They identified my issue right away and went out of their way to sort everything out quickly. I am extremely impressed.

Things went smoothly. Car delivered on time. Stevens Creek Subaru paid for my Lyft ride home after dropping off the car.
