Good service..

I purchased an outback for the second time from Stevens Creek recently. Payman was the internet manager that helped us this time, and he was fantastic from beginning to post-sales. It took me several months to determine the model I wanted, and Payman was never pushy. He promptly emailed me after each conversation with pricing info that I requested. When I finally was ready to purchase, the dealership had COVID guidelines in place. All the personnel wore masks and hand sanitizers were readily available. The price was more than fair, especially considering the top quality service provided by Payman and his manager. After I purchased the vehicle, I experienced some technical problems and had to bring the car in for service. Payman checked in on me and even helped me get a loaner car. I couldn't have asked for more, and am completely satisfied with Payman and his team.

It's nerve wrecking to buy a new vehicle, no one wants to be "sold to". But I went into this location with an idea of what a wanted and EVERYONE was a great listener, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision. From start to finish it was a great experience. JC thoroughly explained the features of the car, the finance associate was clear with all the details and the general manager Kevin was a great host throughout the process. I'm impressed and thankful for them all making this such an enjoyable experience. And we love our new car!!!

I hate buying cars. I hate the stress of negotiating and the time I have to spend with the process. So with a new 16yo driver in our house I was not looking forward to buying a new car so he could get a hand-me-down. On top of this, I was really not looking forward to spending hours in dealerships where I had no idea how seriously they and their customers would be respecting the virus mitigation factors. With all of that in mind, I bought a Crosstrek from James Waddell at Stevens Creek Subaru, and it was super easy. I had sent out requests for bids to several dealerships, and James responded quickly with a great price that nobody else could match. Given my concerns about coming into the dealership, James was happy to do all of the paperwork over email, and when that was done, he delivered the car to my house for the final signatures. We signed everything at a table on our front porch, and he left the car with us. The only glitch was that the manual was missing from the car. But James was happy to deliver it to me personally. James was polite and professional through every step of the process. And I really appreciated his willingness to do the entire interaction online and at my house. This was definitely the easiest car-buying experience I've had.

I bought my very first car last week at this dealership and it was honestly the best experience! Hossein Moghadasi helped me the entire way through. He was really patient and insightful while I was looking at cars, and really went the extra mile to find the perfect car for me. I ended up with a 2020 Subaru Impreza Premium with some additional features included! I picked this car out close to closing so they weren't able to check my credit with the banks closed, but he set this car aside and made an appointment for me the next day to finish the process. He was very straight forward, listened to my concerns and requests, adjusted everything to fit my needs, and didn't apply any pressure while I was taking time to think things over. The entire process took a little over an hour (the paperwork took about 10 mins) and I ended up leaving with my dream car that day! Definitely ask for Hossein to help you if you're trying to find a car without feeling rushed or pressured! I'm so happy haha
