Stevens Creek Subaru provides best customer experience. Before buying from them I visited dealers for Toyota & Honda and their sales reps acted as if they are doing a favor by selling their cars. The process with Stevens Creek Subaru was quick and transparent.

Employees were very courteous and professional in handling customers needs.

Needed some bolts and clips for undermount part that was dangling under my 06 Outback. Thought I had figured out the correct parts but wanted to confirm with parts department. He confirmed and said the 8x18 bolt flange and clips were $5 something each but he was going to be nice and only charge me $4 per. Made me prepay with credit card as it was a special order. Went to pick up parts 4 days later, then doublechecked item and price by going to Subaru's parts.subaru website and the items are listed for $2.32 each. Helpful link to buy online from the very same dealer at that cost.Did you guys really need to gouge me for double on a few parts@f0 Last time I'll bring my car there.
