Nicole was a great service advisor. I liked that my service was only a 24 turnaround and the two issues I had were resolved. Most importantly, there was no up selling for stuff I didn't need!

We enjoyed the ability to shop your inventory on line and get a quote before leaving the comfort of our home. This is especially important now that we are all dealing with the Cover 19 Virus. Once selecting likely vehicles we were able to set up an appointment for a test drive. The sales associate Jeff Sizemore who we worked with was very professional in working with us. Even though we had made preliminary selection of the vehicle we were most interested in we ended up selecting an entirely different model and color. It allowed this to happen because there were a modest selection of different models and colors on the lot to compare.

This is my second purchase from Stevens Creek Subaru. The sales person is very knowledgeable and a professional. I got a fair price on my trade-in and a good discount on the new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership.
