I brought my brother in a few weeks ago to buy a car. James made the whole buying process smooth and painless. We didn't have to haggle with pricing and we drove home happy in a brand new car. Bought our first Subaru from here a few days ago. The sales experience was smoother than I was expecting, and we ended up getting our dream car in a better trim + a very competitive price. I can't say enough good things about James Waddell. Having largely driven Honda's up to this point, we naturally had a ton of questions about Subarus. James was super communicative (through phone, text and email), friendly, patient, and knowledgable. We never felt pressured and he made what should have been a very stressful experience into an incredibly positive one!
