We had tons of dealerships to choose from: Sacramento to Fairfield to Daly City to San Luis Obispo. You gave us an excellent price! We also appreciate that you adhere to all Covid guidelines and take all necessary precautions to protect your customers. We were in at 7:00pm and out at 9:00pm and heavy 1 awesome car. This was the best, hassle free, "no bs", test drive, credit check, final price then to Finance I've experienced (we have 4 cars now). You got us the keys in under 2 hours. I wonder how fast it would have been if I chose to complete the paperwork online? I thank you, my wife thanks you and our soon to be arriving little angel Thanks you! And the icing on the cake, Hossein called today and asked if everything is ok with the car and if we had any questions or concerns. WOW!!! Now this my friends is the type of customer service that has been lacking in so many other businesses. Something such as a two minute follow up goes a long way with customers. I had my first time car purchase with Jeff Sizemore at this Subaru. He was very nice and friendly, and not pushy as I had experienced with other salesmen at other dealerships. He was considerate of my preferences and did not try to force other accessories/packages that I was not interested in. Jeff was also very responsive to my questions and easy and comfortable to reach out to throughout the process. Masood Mir finalized the purchase with me and was very helpful and accommodating to my questions and worries. Definitely felt like my purchase was in good hands. Feeling great about my car and purchase decision! Thanks to them both for their time and consideration throughout the process.

Great experience. Our salesman Andrew was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful in explaining our options and scheduling a time for a test drive. The sales manager Alex was dedicated to getting us into the car that day at the best price within 300 miles. The Subaru Ascent was our first option but I really wanted to see another specific brand of car before we made our decision. Well, my wife and I fell in love with the other car of a different brand. Although we didn't buy a Subaru, they made us feel very comfortable and if we are in the market for a Subaru again we will definitely return.

The most pleasant car buying experience I ever had in my life is with Steven Creek Subaru today. And NO, I am NOT exaggerating !!! I didn't really need to buy a car until February 2021, but I am planning to drive to Oregon with my family to pick up a new Labrador puppy in 2 weeks. My current car is a highly modified FWD, so I thought if I could get an amazing deal on a more comfortable AWD (All Wheel Drive) car, I would buy it today. This way, I don't have to rent an AWD car to Oregon. Initially, I was about to purchase the 2020 Honda HR-V Sport AWD, but I found the 2020 Subaru Impreza Hatchback SPORT AWD a much better value upon further research. So, I start by sending an email to Brian, the owner of Steven Creek Subaru, with my one time offer on Sunday evening, November 1'2020. Brian then refers me to Masood Mir, the Internet Sales Director, who contacted me the following morning (today, Monday, November 2'2020). Amazingly, Masood agreed to my offer in his first introduction email. And trust me, I had done my research on pricing and negotiated with 2 other Subaru dealers (much further away from my home), which rejected my offer. Then, I filled up the Credit Application online, and within 30 minutes, I got approved for the 0% APR 63 months with no down payment !!! Masood then refers me to Payman Shahni as the salesperson in charge of my deal, and we agreed for me to visit at 5:30 pm to sign the paper. I arrived early at 5 pm, and Payman was already waiting for me at the parking lot, and Payman doesn't even know I will arrive early !!! He gave me the key to my future car, so I can test drive the car to make sure it is the right car. Payman was very nice, friendly, and polite. He was also very transparent, simply a great salesman. Then Payman introduced me to William, the finance manager. William was by far the nicest car finance manager I ever deal with. William patiently explains everything step by step and shows us the benefit of all the products he offered without trying to sell us things that we don't need. William also understands and listens to our needs as a customer, something other car finance managers rarely do. If there is a PERFECT car finance manager, then William must be the one ! After we were done signing, Payman then goes beyond the call of duty and helps us by driving our new car to my home. Then as a token of my appreciation, I drove him back to the dealership. We have a great conversation all the way, like an old friend, including sharing our experiences in the car business. Once upon a time, not so long ago, I used to work as a car salesman (to survive) when my family and I just move back to the USA. So I understand how tough it is to be a car salesman. In summary, the team at Steven Creeks Subaru deserves a 10 STAR PERFECT review, and I strongly recommend every potential Subaru customer to deal with Steven Creeks Subaru. Story from a first time buyer: Had I known the troubles of trying to find a new car I would have taken better care of my "bucket". Overall, I had some very overwhelming experiences from multiple dealerships, these salesmen had then left me at a breaking point. Do I home and re-think other buying options or do I give another spot a visit. Luckily I decided on visiting one last dealership. I'll have to drop a quote on this one... "At the end of the day people won't remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel." -Maya Angelou - So I'll say....A big thanks to Stevens Creek Subaru, you've made this a satisfying experience! An even bigger thanks to James, if y'all are in the market for a Subaru I'd ask for him. I left the lot same night with a 2021 Crosstrek! Thank you again!
