What a great purchase experience at Stevens Creek Subaru! We did an online quote and our salesperson (James Waddell) was very helpful and always available to answer our many questions! We got a very good deal on our new Forester, and since the color and trim we wanted was in transit, James reserved the car for us and promptly gave us a call when it arrived! All the paperwork was ready to sign so we did not spend a lot of time in the office. Thanks James, you were awesome! A special mention to the finance manager (William) as the whole process was very organized and he provided very clear and knowledgeable information, that made it seem like a breeze going through the paperwork. Times are difficult during the pandemic, but our car purchase was easy and made us very happy.
