Went to Subaru just to check out the cars since i know i wouldnt be able to afford such an awesome car. When i walked in, i was greeted by Mr.Payman with such a wonderful smile. He told me "I will help you get your dream car" 3 hours later... HE DID! he was so helpful. Along with his team, RJ and Bijan i was able to get my Subaru 2017 Crosstrek! I love itttt! Thank you for the wonderful customer service and for making sure my wife and i were comforatable throughout the process.

For me buying a new car is super stressful. I am worried that i'm going to make a mistake in the negotiation process and feel like a fool later. My experience today with Stevens Creek Subaru put all those fears to rest. First I was able to see their inventory online, then I clicked for an e-price. Within 5 minutes, I got a call from a Subaru call center where a very friendly woman helped set up a "concierge" appointment for the upcoming weekend. Then within 10 minutes I received a fantastic quote via email, quite a bit under MSRP, from Andreas Beckman. I was set on buying a new car from them at that moment. When I showed up today Andreas was super friendly and didn't pull any fast moves that everyone seems to tell horror stories about. In fact I had changed my mind on the color I wanted and thought that might hurt my chances for the great price. Nope, as long as the color I wanted was there Andreas was more than willing to give it to me for the same price as quoted. Even the financing part was a painless as I think it can possibly be. Ali Rahdmna was the finance manager and he efficiently walked us through the paperwork. He of course offered us many extras, service plan, extended warranty, paint protection, etc. We took the service plan, but he didn't push too hard when we declined the others. All in all a great car buying experience. Now excuse me while I go drive my new Subaru Outback !

My sales person, Payman, was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. When I had concerns I found him to be honest and straightforward with his answers. He came across as really wanting to make sure you bought what you wanted, no high pressure. The only nit I have is a procedural issue. On the day I paid for my car, I was presented with several options I had not seen before. These included, an optional paint protection coating, stolen car location programs, maintenance packages, extended warranties, etc. These came as a surprise, well I expected the extended warranty, but not the rest. There is not much time to think about these and frankly, after spending nearly 2 hours in the purchase process, I wanted to get out and drive my new Forester. A suggestion: have these packages available to the customer several days before the actual purchase so that they can be reviewed and considered ahead of time.

John..... he really is the bottom line i would recommend anyone to this dealership. Everyone else is nice and helpful, but always seem unsure of how to help me.As soon as John takes over, everything is handled and professional. I feel like the only customer when working with him.
