Just wanted to give everyone an update with my car buying experience! I wouldn't have chosen any other dealership but Stevens Creek Subaru. It's been about a 3 weeks since I've purchased my 2017 Subaru BRZ. I am absolutely in love with it and wouldn't want any other choice out there. Andreas Beckmann reached out to me and asked how I was doing. Now that's what I call amazing customer service. Doing a follow with past customers are rare just because they are always on the move to make sales. But this gentleman made time out of his day to check up on me. Which shows a lot about his personality/characteristics. He cares about his customers. So thank you Andreas for still providing awesome customer service.

Shane Amirkiai was so helpful in my purchase of 2017 Outback for company. He provided me with all the details of the car I had selected on line. He was very knowledgeable about the car and demonstrated/showed me all the features. He also helped me receive invoice in form I needed and patiently waited about 1 month before purchase was done. I am definitely a very happy customer.

Frank was very helpful with providing information about the car, my finance options and warranty pricing. I left with my new car an hour after arriving and couldn't be happier!!

I received good customer service here when turning in my lease for a new lease. I came with a dollar amount in mind. The car I was looking for was in transit, which I learned meant it could be 2-3 weeks before it arrives. This left me with only 2 options that had the specs I was not willing to negotiate on (I really wanted pearl white and a moonroof), both higher end models than I was seeking. I was able to get a good deal, close to what I was planning to spend, for a more fully loaded car than I had originally been shopping for.

I recently bought a Subaru Forester from Stevens Creek Subaru. Shane Amirkiai helped us pick out the right model with all the accessories we wanted at an incredible price. He did a great job of explaining the available options and did not pressure us to purchase anything we didn't need or want. I appreciated his willingness to provide detailed information by email before we went to the dealership; this was particularly important to us since we do not live in San Jose. Overall, he made this a surprisingly pleasant and low-pressure experience. If you are thinking of buying a Subaru, I strongly recommend that you talk to Shane at Stevens Creek Subaru!
