I recently bought a CPO car here. The experience was very smooth. Andrew was knowledgeable and easy to work with. This wasn't the closest dealership to me but it was well worth the drive. I appreciate that they put in the effort to have air filtration systems inside the dealership during Covid-19.

From beginning to end, the buying process was atypical in that it went smoothly, we were treated with respect, and the experience was not pushy or prolonged. Andreas and Jeff were excellent to work with!We dread going to purchase cars, and we were pleasantly surprised that everything that was relayed over the phone was honored, and it was actually a normal buying experience. We will recommend this dealership to friends, and we will be back to purchase from Stevens Creek Subaru again!

Had 2 visit this service 2 times because of the same engine problem. First time the response was: "We cannot reproduce it and your car works perfectly". After 2 more weeks driving and feeling the same symptoms every single ride I got check engine warning and had to visit them again. Problem was detected and fixed. Not sure how it was tested first time.
