I just purchased a new Subaru Outback Limited XT from Walter Campbell at Stevens Creek Subaru in San Jose California. The thing that is unique about my review is that I live in Los Angeles. Having searched for a Subaru among the few dealers down here I realized that they are more Subaru dealers up north who are easy to work with, have a greater inventory, and offer more competitive pricing. On top of that my experience with Walter was exactly what I wanted my car buying experience to be. Honest, transparent, speedy and with no added changes or aggravation. There is a reason why this dealership has high reviews for its sales department and a reason why Walter has also been well reviewed. For the cost of a $75, one hour flight up to San Jose. It was a really good decision to expand my car search outside of the LA area. Within an hour and 20 minutes after landing in San Jose I was driving back down the beautiful California coast in my new car. I am very satisfied with my experience with Walter Campbell and Stevens Creek Subaru.

JC helped us out with our used car. It was an Audi, not a Subaru, so we didn't expect him to know much. But he was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us all the answers about the car.

Purchased my first Subaru today and it was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. Stevens Creek Subaru was the only dealership in the area that had the 2 vehicles I was looking at in stock. My salesman, Mortaza Azim, was very helpful and patient as I asked all of my questions in comparing the 2 vehicles I was considering. Not once did I feel pressured to buy either vehicle. Once I purchased the vehicle I wanted Mortaza took the time to show me all of the options/technology, which was quite a bit different than my previous vehicle. It's nice to work with someone who genuinely cares about you and makes sure you're comfortable during the car purchasing experience.
